How much is delivery?
Delivery costs vary depending on weight and destination. Charges are calculated automatically at checkout using your postcode.
Example rates for one package containing one Wee Ghostie:
- UK: £3.99
- EU: £9.00
- USA: £14.99
We understand that delivery costs are increasing are not ideal for the customer or us as a business, but delivery are outside our control.
How can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked by logging into your account [here] or by using the tracking code you received when your parcel was shipped.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders the same day if received before 11 a.m. UK time.
- UK orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically arriving within two to three working days.
- International orders: Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, taking between three and eleven working days, depending on location and customs procedures.
Do you deliver to countries outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, we regret that we do not currently ship there.
There is a problem with my order. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived or has arrived damaged, please contact us. We are approachable and will work with you to resolve any issues. There is no need to leave negative reviews to get our attention.
